Brandesburton Scouts Raise £575

Brandesburton Scouts took part in a Tesco bag pack on Saturday 16th July. The event was a huge success and they managed to raise £575.
Scout Leader Mark Coulthard said: "I would like to personally thank both the staff at Tesco for allowing us to bag pack there and the customers for your generosity, which enabled us to raise £575. We are going to use this money to look at the purchase of some kayaks to help develop our Beavers, Cubs and Scouts in the great outdoors. Without ways of raising funds to subside activities or to purchase equipment, many scout groups would struggle to put on a varied program."
