Beverley welcomes Drug Awareness

John Edwards, author of 'Walking Free', is on a nationwide tour promoting Drug Awareness. Opposite the Humber Keel on Coltmam Avenue, you will see a 30 foot needle which is to raise the awareness of the epidemic which is suicide and addiction throughout Britain. Former addict, John Edwards, now clean for 25 years, is promoting 'No such as a hopeless case'. He will be outside the Humber Keel until Thursday the 16th of July and on Thursday Evening, 7:30 pm, he will be delievering a talk at the Hexagon Centre, on Coltman Avenue about his experiences involving drugs and to get the message across, 'Their is no such things as hopeless case'.
