Band to rock rugby club

Glastonbury Festival regulars Mik Artistik's Ego Trip are to touch down at Beverley RUFC's Christmas party.

Party-goers at the Beaver Park venue on 20 December can expect a fun mix of stand-up, rock, juggling and performance art.

The three-piece band, which has drawn wild and enthusiastic crowds at Glastonbury for the past six years, is making a return visit to the Norwood club venue.

The band performed to a sell-out crowd a few weeks ago and have been signed up for the 7.30pm Christmas party by popular demand.

Described as 'mischief incarnate', Mik Artistik fronts the three-piece of guitar, bass and Mik himself on keyboard and tambourine.

Already confirmed for Glastonbury 2015 and the Edinburgh Free Fringe, the band is keen to return to the area next summer to perform at one of East Yorkshire's festivals.
