East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s countryside access team is organising a summer wildlife walk at Oakhill Nature Reserve in Goole on Sunday, 14 August.
Attendees can look forward to a walk, led by guest leader Peter Hinks from British Dragonfly Society and Butterfly Conservation, looking at dragonflies and butterflies, and is a great opportunity for people to see and learn about these fantastic flying wonders.
The free event (where attendees are asked to book online for a free place) starts at 10am at Oakhill Nature Reserve car park, off Tom Pudding Way in Goole (DN14 6XL), and lasts until 12noon, covering 1.5 miles around the reserve.
