This week's entertainment from the East Riding Theatre
Wed 15th April 2020So the East Riding Theatre promised you they would be working hard to maintain the sense of community despite the lockdown... here's this week's entertainment.
Sunday
This week Avita Jay is back sharing Shakespeare's Sonnet 19 and the ERT will have another monologue from Young Playwrights - scripts written by children, performed by professional actors.
Monday
Another gentle start to the week with a restorative yoga session followed by an uplifting meditation video for you to enjoy.
Tuesday
All the usual fun from She Productions including their virtual version of Alice's Eggstravaganza in Wonderland.
This was performed as a live rehearsed reading on their Facebook page last Friday. The East Riding Theatre is delighted to be able to share it with you: it was packed full of great characters, interaction with the kids and plenty of catchy songs.
Wednesday

BOMBSHELLS is back (sort of)! If you missed Bombshells back in January, or even if you didn't and just fancy another giggle, then join Alice Palmer on Facebook this Thursday 16th April at 6pm when she'll be performing excerpts from the show.
Friday
Coming up this Friday on Facebook we have another hilarious instalment of The Twilight Radio Show. Lupe Lu and Stewy Stu present another great show.

Saturday
This Saturday you have two pieces of live entertainment to look forward to...
Paradise Playlists is our version of desERT Island Discs. Join us LIVE on Facebook at 1pm where Jess Duffield will be chatting to Tom Wilders our Director of Finance and finding out what led him to become such an integral part of the theatre.
Then rounding off the week's entertainment we have 'The SodaPopz' a 50s/60s band that are guaranteed to have you bopping round your kitchen.

To join a facebook live, simply log onto the page at the event time scroll down and a box should pop up. Click on that box and you'll be able to listen in and react with their performers LIVE! If you have any problems send the ERT a message on Facebook. One of their team is on hand to help.
