The East Yorkshire Thoroughbred Car Club’s 50th East Coast Car Run will be fuelling the afternoon with an array of entertaining vehicles on Sunday, 10 June on display from 12 noon onwards at Sewerby Fields, Sewerby.

The run, of approximately 30 miles, will start from East Park, Holderness Road, Hull and vehicles will congregate from 9.30-11am. Any vehicle not wishing to be part of the run can proceed directly to Sewerby Fields, near to Sewerby Hall and Gardens.

The route will take the vehicles on the A165 to the East Yorkshire coastal resort of Sewerby arriving from approximately 12noon onwards and visitors are advised that this event does not take place within the grounds of Sewerby Hall and Gardens.

Sunday at Sewerby Hall and Gardens also sees the AJS and Matchless Owners Club bring their fascinating collection of vintage and classic motorcycles (together with some more modern bikes) to the estate between 11am and 4pm supported by a concert from The Ad Hoc Singers performing in the Orangery at 2pm.

Admission charges for Sewerby Hall and Gardens are £7.50 for adults, £5.40 for children and £24 for a family (two adults and two children). There is no additional charge for any of these activities and admission includes access to the house, zoo, children’s adventure playground and gardens.
