Pupils from St Nicholas Primary School have celebrated the end of their time at the school before moving on in September.
Year 6 pupils at the school were invited to a sleepover party with a difference this month – instead of sleeping at a friend’s house, the whole year group spent the night in their classrooms!
The idea behind the sleepover was the celebrate the end of the pupils’ time at primary school, giving them a fun send off before starting secondary school in September.
The sleepover had all the usual fun and games, plus a traditional campfire and sing-along, where the children gathered with their friends to enjoy a whole night of being around their classmates.
Pupils are also helping at the school’s summer fair this afternoon from 3.30pm.
