ROSES, THE KITCHEN SPECIALISTS CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF BUSINESS!

To mark the fabulous feat of 20 years of business, Roses are launching a new range of kitchens!

When Ken Rose set up Roses in 2000 he had a specific aim in mind - to focus on exceptional customer service in delivering bespoke kitchens to satisfied customers, and that he has done. Through the entire process from showroom exhibit, though design, installation, fitting and into after-care, Roses has for the past 20 years been driven by providing an exceptionally high standard of service. For the team at Roses, good customer service is just not good enough, we are working at customer service level excellent, says Ken.

To ensure these high expectations, the staff at Roses work with everyone’s unique expertise. Ken Rose is in charge of the development of the business, whilst Matthew, Ken’s son, runs the business on a day to day basis and is responsible for all aspects of the design. Mike Wright is responsible for Extreme Customer Care, ECC, so before, during and after the installation, Mike’s job is to make sure the customer is at the forefront of everything.

Going forward into the next decade Roses will maintain their focus on kitchens and continue to aim high by bringing the quality and standard of their showroom up to the same level of excellence as their customer service, thus bringing the package together as a whole.

As a major first step on this journey, Roses of Beverley have just introduced to their new showroom ‘Classic Compilations,’ an inspiring collection of the top kitchen combinations. Each has been named with a song by those customers who have bought that specific combination of units, doors, handles and work surfaces.

The Roses premises also has a pre-installation area, an area where kitchens are assembled prior to being delivered to the customer. Pre-installation is carried out to ensure every part of the kitchen fits together, no parts are missing, and any teething problems can be ironed out.

Roses’ new business over the past 20 years has mainly been through customer recommendations and repeat business from clients who have moved house. From viewing the excellent showroom, through the measurement, design, pre-installation and site fit-out, Roses will project manage everything.
