Puppet Festival calls for volunteers

Beverley Arts Trust is seeking enthusiastic people to help deliver the sixth Beverley Puppet Festival, the largest festival of British puppetry in the world. The festival is hosted in the heart of Beverley Town Centre over two days and three nights from 11-13 July.
This year, it will feature a lively and entertaining series of high quality events including family, children’s and adult puppet theatre shows of diverse styles, presented by more professional puppet companies than ever before.
If you can commit time and energy, in addition to a positive attitude, then they would love to hear from you.
In return you will have free access to an innovative and established arts festival, meet professional artisans in the field of puppetry from across the UK and further afield, be involved in bringing this diverse art form to the public at large and generally have an incredibly unique and fun experience.
They are also seeking local hosts for artists during the event and would like to hear from businesses and organisations who wish to sponsor Beverley Puppet Festival 2014.
