Open Day at East Riding College

East Riding College is holding an open events at its Gallows Lane site on 7 May for people who are thinking about studying in further or higher education from September.

It is a chance to talk to tutors, find out more about courses and have a look round the College's well-equipped and modern learning environments.

t is suitable for school leavers and adults, whether they are considering a full-time, part-time or higher education courses, A-levels, Apprenticeships or Traineeships.

Principal Derek Branton said: "Many people will currently be turning their attention to their next step in education, whether this is what they do after school, a qualification to help with their career or learning as a hobby.

“Our open events provide an opportunity to talk to our experienced and friendly tutors and guidance staff about which is the right course for you and the financial support available to young people and adults alike.”

There will be tutors present from all subject areas who will answer questions and chat about the courses, as well as help with completing application forms.
