New Trees Planted at Molescroft Pavilion

Molescroft Parish Council were delighted to receive help this week from 399 Beverley Air Training Corps who dug holes and planted 23 saplings at Molescroft Pavilion as part of their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award. Six cadets came along, well-equipped to do the job, Cllr. Jackie Heffer commented, "The new trees look splendid alongside the pavilion. It is lovely to see such enthusiastic young people giving of their time; we are grateful for all their help. We wish them well in the future.”
She and Cllr Mac Fleming are Youth Liaison Councillors for Molescroft Parish Council.
The cadets were accompanied by two officers from the Corps who were clearly proud of the work done by their team.
