Job vacancy at Community Lift
Thu 21st August 2014Beverley Community Lift is a local community transport organisation that provides a range of transport services to the elderly, disabled and those who are rurally isolated.
They are seeking a Bid Writer/Co-ordinator to join a friendly and supportive team to seek, apply for and monitor potential funding sources so the current service can be maintained and extended.
Working with us
If successful you will be required to:-
• To plan medium and long term bid strategy for BCL
• To take lead responsibility for identifying grants and awards, write bid proposals and undertake any necessary research to ensure their success
About you
To join us you will need to possess:-
• A successful track record of bid writing, with a minimum of one year’s bid writing experience, ideally gained within the voluntary sector
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Educated to degree level of equivalent
