Hull City of Culture 2017 comes to Beverley

Tomorrow, January 27th, sees the London Theatre Voices present 'Topsy Turvy' at Toll Gavel United Church in an event which is part of Hull City of Culture 2017.

The London Theatre Voices are making a welcome return to Beverley to sing a concert of Gilbert and Sullivan music. The first half will be devoted to one of Gilbert and Sullivan’s most famous operas, The Pirates of Penzance. The ‘poor wandering one’, the sergeant with his unhappy lot and various pirates will be there to entertain you. The second half is a mixture of songs, duets and quartets from many of Gilbert and Sullivan’s other operas including The Mikado, Patience, Trial by Jury and the Yeoman of the Guard.

Tickets are priced at £15/£13 for adults/concessions with children free if with a full paying adult or £5 without.
