EXTREME ARTIST PHILIP GRAY IS HEADING TO BEVERLEY
Mon 1st October 2018Down on Butcher Row in Beverley this Friday 5th October, Trent Galleries will be warmly welcoming a true genius of the canvas to East Yorkshire, and the doors will be open to you all to meet him!
Trent Galleries have been established for some time now in Beverley, and after the huge success of the Doug Hyde event back in March, they cannot wait to introduce everyone to Philip’s latest releases, astounding originals, and to the man himself - who will no doubt have a fair few extravagant stories to tell of his adventures all over the world.
Philip Gray’s passion for art is equalled only by his passion for exploration and discovery. His ‘extreme art’, painted in unexpected and sometimes dangerous locations, has won him a unique reputation as an artist and adventurer;
Everest base Camp, 60 feet beneath the surface of shark infested waters, the rainforest of Borneo, deep in the caves and atop the volcanoes of Iceland... his expeditions are legendary, and his innovative artwork has won him a unique position in the international art world.
Philip will be looking forward to sharing his new releases from the Home & Away Collection, and Tracey, David & Roni cannot wait to play host to the Irishman on the Evening of this Friday 5th October.
If you wish to attend this special event, do get in touch with the gallery and get your names onto the guest list - it’s an occasion not to be missed!
Enjoy some wine and nibbles, explore Philip’s fabulous work, and perhaps take one of his ‘expeditions’ home with you.
