Customer Service Week 2019 in East Riding Libraries and Leisure

Customer Service Week 2019 will be marked by East Riding Libraries with a series of events. These sessions will be an opportunity to learn more about Customer Service Week and National Libraries Week, to join the library service, and to find out more about Borrowbox (the new Ebook service), and the East Riding Libraries App, which allows users to carry out a wide range of library functions at the touch of a button.
The sessions will be at :
Bridlington Spa : Tuesday, 8 October : 10am-4pm
East Riding Leisure Goole : Wednesday, 9 October : 12noon-2pm
East Riding Leisure Beverley : Thursday, 10 October : 10am-4pm
East Riding Leisure Bridlington : Thursday, 10 October : 10am-5pm
In addition, all East Riding Leisure Centres will be taking part in Customer Service Week, from Monday, 7 October. Customers will be able to nominate Customer Service Champions and thank staff for exceptional service at each facility.
The Week will also include Customer Forums, and a range of events including a chance to meet managers; sports quizzes; and workshops.
