Coping during the Coronavirus
Fri 24th April 2020Exercise is a great way to help people stay positive, feel good and maintain a good attitude, cycling is helping in the current crisis. Their are many ways that people can use their bikes for good.
We cannot wait for the day when we can get on our bikes and our normal cycling activity can resume, although do continue to follow Government advice, https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus When you are out and about on your bike stick to social distancing rules.
Whether you go to collect essentials, or a take away meal, or simply to get some exercise in try and think about using your bike to benefit your health.
Stay safe, be considerate to others, look forward to the days when we can get out and about.
