Coles Solicitors Reassure Customers After Fraud Attempt
Thu 30th June 2016Coles Solicitors have reassured customers after it appeared that emails between their clients and solicitors had been tampered with. They have provided the following information to all customers regarding the fraud attempt:
"We are aware of emails between clients and their solicitors being interfered with. We have no intention to change our bank account details."
"If you receive any communication through the course of your transaction with us, which purports to be from us informing you we have changed our bank accounts details you must ignore it. If this occurs please telephone our main head office number on 01609 780717 immediately and ask to speak to our Office Manager. Under no circumstances should you transmit funds to an account other than that stated in our client care documentation or invoices printed on company letterheaded paper."
