Chamas helps Bundles of Joy Christmas Present Appeal

The team at Chamas Rodizio Bar & Grill is hoping to share a little festive joy and cheer this year by partnering with a local charity to ensure that children in the area are guaranteed a joyous Christmas regardless of their circumstances. 

We need your help to point Santa Claus in the direction of children who are at risk of waking up on Christmas morning with no presents and little prospect of a happy day. 

Chamas, in an inspired collaboration with Beverley children's charity Bundles of Joy, has launched a Christmas Present Appeal, with a brilliant incentive to encourage you all to participate. 

We are issuing a rally cry for donations of gifts that can be distributed across the Beverley, Hull and East Yorkshire area to ensure that children in families facing crisis, affected by financial problems, domestic violence and abuse, for example, are guaranteed some cheer and respite from the harsh realities of life. 

In return for your kind and generous contributions Chamas will present you with a discount card that you will be able to hand to our front of house staff next time you dine with us, redeeming 10% off your food bill. 

Our only criteria for donations is that the presents are small, brand new and unwrapped so that we can ensure they are appropriate and distributed to girls and boys of the appropriate age. 

All you need to do is pop in to Chamas anytime up to Friday December 14th with your gifts and we will do the rest. 

Please help us to spread some love and fairy dust during turbulent times for many families. Help us celebrate the true meaning of Christmas with this charity appeal and help restore children's faith in humanity. 

'Bundles of Joy' is a specialist baby and family charity that collects and distributes baby and family equipment to families in need within Hull, Beverley and East Yorkshire. It was founded in November 2016 by Beverley resident Claire Raper. She has a passion for helping others and making a difference. Her energy to serve the local community is admirable and she has a wealth of experience dealing with children and their families.
