Butcher Row lives up to name

Carling's Butchers on the aptly-named Butcher Row is celebrating its successful first year of trading.

Owned by father-and-son pair Chas and Chaz Carling, the butchers produces a wide variety of sausages and burgers, as well as kebabs, pies and traditional meats.

Offering a selection of meat packs that are ideal for barbecues, which include such things as baby back ribs, pork and apple burgers and spicy grill steaks, a visit to a local butcher is the perfect solution for an impromptu barbecue gathering.
