Brook Taverner have, as per government advice, closed all stand alone stores and postponed the opening of the Stamford store.

All wholesale and concession accounts have held their orders meaning that they are now operating on a skeleton staff selling via the www.brooktaverner.co.uk website. Shift patterns have altered and new cleanliness procedures were introduced to ensure social distancing occurs at all times.

Like many other businesses they have increased their ability to allow the majority of employees to work from home and have taken this opportunity to directly speak to their customers about a range of subjects.

Whether it be conversations about handling isolation or taking on board thoughts and comments on how Brook Taverner operate as a business… With plenty of time on their hands now seemed a better time than ever to start these discussions and better themselves.
