Fri 14th July 2023Created once again by Warren Elsmore, ‘Brick Journeys’ will be on display from Saturday, 15 July until Saturday, 26 August at Beverley Art Gallery.
Built from LEGO® bricks the exhibition celebrates a variety of modes of transport.
It is your opportunity to pop in and experience the wow factor, see how transport has moved on from the first hot air balloon to landing at a brick-built airport.

Mini-fig-agram Children’s Prize Draw Trail
Available every day during normal opening hours from Saturday, 15 July to Saturday, 26 August
Visitors will be able to pick up a trail sheet from Beverley Art Gallery and explore the Treasure House Museum by finding LEGO® Minifigures holding letters hidden amongst the displays. Arrange the letters to correctly make the mystery words and enter the prize draw to win spectacular LEGO® brick kits. Five lucky winners will be drawn from entries completed correctly at the end of the ‘Brick Journeys’ exhibition.
Curator Hannah Willetts said, "Being my first Summer exhibition it is exciting to get everything ready for the Summer Holidays, invite Children and Adults to experience the Art Gallery and all it has to offer for the family and stimulate creativity".
New portfolio holder for culture, leisure and tourism, Councillor Nick Coultish, commented "It is good to have an exhibition for everyone to get involved, bringing people into the buildings and discover how much is on offer, to explore, discover new things".
