Beverley shows respect for victims of recent atrocities

Councillor Tom Astell organised a 1 minute silence today at the Market Cross to show solidarity with France and other countries bearing the brunt of recent atrocities. Using social media to advertise the event, including Just Beverley's Facebook page, traders halted service and stepped outside to remember victims.
