Beverley Library and Art Gallery one of England's 'most magnificent'

In a recent blog Historic England (previously known as English Heritage) has named Beverley Library and Art Gallery as one of England’s ‘most magnificent’ libraries. It sits amongst 7 other libraries; a list which includes The John Rylance Library (part of the University of Manchester), The Bodleian Library (part of the University of Oxford).
