Beverley Guildhall launches photography competition

Following the success of its two previous 'Capturing the East Riding' photography competitions, the Beverley Guildhall has decided to run a competition along similar lines, but this time focusing on the town of Beverley.
All amateur photographers are invited to submit images which capture Beverley - the place, the people, the architecture, the history, local events etc - for consideration.
Each participant may enter up to four photos covering any aspect of Beverley, as long as it is within the town itself.
Our judging panel will select up to 35 photographs which will be put on display in the Beverley Guildhall for 5 months from November 2016 to March 2017.
Entries may be submitted between 20th July 2015 and 27th July 2016 via the museums website.
