Kit Heath had a bumper year in 2018 and is set to continue on this upward trend. Having been awarded Fashion Jewellery Brand of the Year in late 2017, the family business behind the brand enjoyed two further award nominations and two successful collection launches. Established in the early 80’s, the brother and sister duo Kit Heath and Katie Nickell have built a successful jewellery business and grown their image and reputation from a much-loved sterling silver jewellery wholesaler to an internationally recognised fashion jewellery brand. In big part, this is down to a passion and drive for high quality design and service to match — values that are now synonymous with the Kit Heath name.
Kit Heath’s roots in the coastal landscape of North Devon are evident in their collections. Many of the bestselling designs are in the coastal-inspired range with organic shapes resembling sand blown and wind-battered pebbles. These epitomise the brand’s timeless style.
“Our new Spring Collection oozes bold, floral forms with a truly feminine flow,” says Katie, creative director and co-founder.
“We’re introducing our new opulent ‘Bloom’ designs and there is nothing more pleasing than to experience our ideas literally blossom from a first drawing into a beautiful piece of silver jewellery. It’s thrilling and is the heartbeat of our brand.”
This year we have our new ‘Kiss’ range,” says Katie. “Based on the signature Kit Heath voluptuous heart design, the collection focuses on offering perfectly giftable, yet delicately sweet tokens of love. Valentine’s Day also happens to be Kit’s birthday and bringing out a collection in February each year is our way of celebrating. But the range is perfect for spring brides!”
