Beal launches Beverley development

The long-awaited launch of one of Yorkshire’s most sought-after residential developments has been announced.

Award-winning housebuilder Beal Homes is inviting eager house hunters to discover more about its luxury St. John’s Fold development in Beverley.

Beal is staging a launch weekend at its state-of-the-art offices at Bridgehead business park in Hessle when details and prices of the first properties released will be revealed.

The launch, on Saturday, February 16, and Sunday, February 17, will reveal exciting details of the development, which features 55 homes, all designed for modern, family life, including 10 affordable homes.

Boasting contemporary, spacious living in a coveted location off Woodmansey Mile, St. John’s Fold is expected to attract significant interest from people looking for their dream home in one of the North’s most desirable towns.

Sue Waudby, Sales and Marketing Director of East Yorkshire-based Beal, said: “We’re very excited about our St. John’s Fold launch. We’ve had more than 600 people who have registered their interest in the development and we’re expecting a very busy weekend.

“We know Beverley is a hugely popular location and it’s very rare indeed for new homes to become available at a select development so close to the town centre.

“St. John’s Fold offers a luxury lifestyle in a prime location a short walk from Beverley town centre and just a few minutes to excellent transport links to Hull, York and Leeds, by road and rail.

“We’re expecting St. John’s Fold to be popular with a wide range of buyers looking for a luxury, contemporary home in one of Yorkshire’s loveliest market towns.

“We believe it will particularly appeal to families as Keldmarsh Primary School, which has an Outstanding rating from Ofsted, and Cherub Nurseries are both just a stone’s throw away, and there is a very good choice of popular secondary schools in the town – Beverley Grammar, Beverley High and Longcroft.”

The new development will introduce a selection of three and four bedroom homes in 12 different luxury house styles, with the unique opportunity for buyers to work with Beal’s designers to create their own bespoke dream home.

Under the unique “Beal Experience”, buyers at St. John’s Fold can experience complete freedom to create a home perfect for their lifestyle, from moving walls to change the internal layout to choosing from Beal’s extensive range of designer fixtures, fittings and finishes, including carpets, flooring, tiles and window blinds.

Regularly rated as one of Britain’s best places to live, Beverley boasts bustling markets, a picturesque racecourse, characterful pubs, award-winning restaurants and a host of top retail names, including Browns, Barbour, Jo Malone, Jack Wills, Hotel Chocolat, Debenhams and the recently announced Space NK, as well as local, independent boutiques and interior designers.

St. John’s Fold is just a short walk from the town’s train station and popular retail and leisure destination Flemingate, which is home to six-screen Parkway Cinema and a high-quality mix of restaurants and shops, as well as Inflata Nation, the UK’s first double-decker inflatable theme park.

The St. John’s Fold launch event is on Saturday, February 16, and Sunday, February 17, from 12pm-4pm at Beal Homes’ headquarters, Holderness House, Bridgehead business park, Hessle, HU13 0DH.
