Bootleg Shadows

WIN TICKETS TO THE BOOTLEG SHADOWS! COMPETITION CLOSED

THIS COMPETITION IS CLOSED - CLOSED 5TH FEBRUARY

WIN

The Bootleg Shadows and Parkway Theatre are offering TWO lucky winners a pair of tickets EACH for this fabulous concert on Sunday 10th February at 7pm.

The Bootleg Shadows are one of the UK’s premiere 60’s tribute bands who have been entertaining audiences in theatres around the UK with their celebration of the great music of The Shadows and Cliff Richard for over 12 years.

You can expect to hear all of the hits, from Apache (the No 1 hit which launched The Shadow’s career in in 1960) up to Riders in the Sky in 1980 and everything in between! The band also sometimes throw in a few ‘wild cards’ so you may hear some Beatles or some Duane Eddy or The Tornados’ Telstar or even Fleetwood Mac’s Albatross. Above all, expect a great night out. The concert is really a show, which of course encompasses the fantastic music of The Shadows and Cliff, but also contains a lot of laughs along the way – audiences always leave with big smiles on their faces.

All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning is to answer the following question:-

What was the title of the No 1 record in 1960 which launched The Shadow’s career?

Send your answer by e-mail to competition@justbeverley.co.uk by midnight on February 5th. Put BOOTLEG SHADOWS in the subject box with your answer, name, address and daytime telephone number in the body of the e-mail.

The names of the 2 winners will be drawn out of the hat and informed on February 6th. Winners must be available for publicity purposes for Just Beverley, Parkway Cinema and The Bootleg Shadows. Good luck!
