Get set to tackle a range of gargantuan obstacles including ‘The Wall' and ‘Danger Zone' before conquering the Final Countdown to successfully complete this heart-thumping assault course.
Gung Ho! returns to Harewood House on Saturday 11th April, 2020 and registration is now open so grab your chance to follow in the footsteps of more than 250,000 participants who have taken on the Gung Ho! Challenge since 2015.
Organisers are gearing up to make the 2020 Gung Ho! the best yet with new obstacles and its legendary fun-filled party atmosphere.
Event director Alan Brown said: "We love coming to Leeds, which was at the top of list of places to go back to in 2020.
"We're working extremely hard to make each event fresh and exciting, so that even if you have taken part before, going Gung-Ho! in 2020 will be even more exciting than it was the first time.
"Gung Ho! is like no other 5K event in the UK as it is not about speed, toughness and endurance, but about having fun and challenging yourself and we provide everything to make that happen.
"It also has tremendous appeal as it's not a race, which does make a huge difference if you're a first timer. Gung Ho! is the perfect event for people of all ages, size and fitness to find their inner ‘Gung Ho!' and have an amazing day out."
The event is perfect for families, friends and colleagues to take part together in completing the Gung Ho! Challenge in a fun-filled day that is like no other. The only stipulation is entrants must be at least 4ft tall.
This year, more than 25,000 entrants are expected to take part at Gung Ho! events across the UK.
Gung Ho! is also a great way to raise funds for charity with more than £1m raised for good causes to date, while it has also raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity partner BBC Children in Need.
Early bird registration is still open with entry costing just £27 until 11.59pm on Monday 6th January, 2020. Register online at begung-ho.co.uk. The entry fee also includes a bib with race number, plus a Gung-Ho! T-shirt and headband.
