CARTER Burnett is delighted to have launched a new well-being programme, underlining our commitment to support the physical and mental health needs of all our team.
As part of the initiative, individuals will have access to a personalised health and fitness plan and a dedicated well-being App, featuring training videos and fitness sessions.
Nutritional guidance and healthy recipes are also available to help build sustainable eating habits, whilst quarterly health checks will track 20 key metrics – including blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol and BMI – to provide clear evidence of progress.
The programme, which will also equip our team with the tools and knowledge to manage stress better, is being offered to everyone in our Beverley, Newcastle and Manchester offices.
Designed to create healthier, happier and more productive teams, the Workforce Wellbeing Programme will be delivered by Martyn Pace, a specialist coach who provide plans tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle.
A personal trainer for almost 20 years, Martyn recently fell just short of achieving a World Record for the number of burpees conducted in a 24-hour period. But the father-of-three still managed to raise almost £8,000 for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Hull Royal Infirmary, where his twins received care when born.
Martyn is excited to be working with our team and believes the initiative demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to leadership.
