Walking and Outdoors Festival Events already booking up!
Fri 17th August 2018The popular Yorkshire Wolds Walking and Outdoors Festival is increasing in popularity every year, so much so, that some events are already at capacity! But there are so many alternatives, that no-one should be disappointed.
There are walks, tours, cycle rides, horse rides, boat trips, wine-tastings, safaris, pilgrimages, geocaching, talks and even tomahawk axe throwing sessions! The focal point this year is the 79-mile Wolds Way, which stretches from Hessle to Filey and is one of the 15 National Trails in England and Wales. Trekkers will be able to walk the whole trail over 7 days, covering approximately 11 miles each day, with a coach to take walkers back to their starting point.
