Local Hull and East Riding Entrepreneur Sarah Keith win's Small Business Sunday competition
Wed 6th March 2024Local Hull and East Riding Entrepreneur Sarah Keith has been presented with her winner’s certificate for Theo Paphitis’s Small Business Sunday competition by none other than the man himself!
Sarah owns and operates White Rose Vet Physio, a mobile veterinary physiotherapy service covering East Yorkshire. She sees a variety of species for remedial / post surgical physio, as well as for maintenance and sports performance. She is also a lecturer and guest speaker, and utilises her background in animal behaviour, and from nearly a decade as an RSPCA inspector to facilitate and provide CPD, education, and training on a variety of animal related topics to other organisations, including Humberside Fire and Rescue. She is also co-chair of the National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists, and is passionate about promoting the benefits of veterinary physiotherapy for animals.
The annual event for Small business Sunday (shortened to #SBS for social media) winners is held at the ICC in Birmingham, and is now in its 14th year. It provides an excellent networking opportunity for small business owners, and hosts a number of lectures and breakout sessions from industry experts and other entrepreneurs, as well as a “fire side chat” with a guest of Theo’s, who this year, was Stacey Solomon. Stacey spoke about her experiences growing up, her journey from X Factor to where she is today, as a small business investor.
