Sportsability Open Day Sunday 22nd September, 10am - 2pm (open to the public)
An ideal opportunity to see live demonstrations with a wide variety of professional healthcare practitioners, ask questions and get involved.
Time slots for a live demonstration are as follows.

11am LA Performance
12.30pm Chinese Arts Lee Style
1pm Eunoia Holistic Beauty
1.30pm - Jo Lomax Holistic Therapy
With coffee, cake and refreshments available, make it a Sunday to get the most from the Health and wellbeing professionals.

Follow the signs for pool parking, this is where you can park, then if you walk towards the entrance to the swimming pool you will see a cut through to the Studio.
