Lovell has been recognised with the Premier Guarantee Award for its newest Yorkshire development, The Paddocks in Beverley. This marks the first accolade for the site and reflects the exceptional standards and quality of the homes delivered.
The certificate was presented at the development itself, with the local Mayor in attendance to celebrate the achievement.
The Premier Guarantee award recognises sites that demonstrate consistently high standards of construction, workmanship, site management and health and safety, based on regular inspections by
experienced surveyors. Winning this award places The Paddocks among developments across the UK
that exemplify excellence in building quality homes.
The Paddocks is a recently launched residential development designed with sustainability in mind.
Each home is gas-free and fitted with air-source heat pumps, helping to reduce environmental impact and energy use.
