It is time to plan for fun - It's time for Leconfest!

If you Fancy a fun day out for all the family – packed with live music, all day entertainment for the kids, food and a true festival atmosphere? - Then make sure you grab your tickets for Leconfest 2023 now!

The one-day charity inspired music festival will be held at Leconfield Village Hall and Playing Fields (HU17 7NW) on Saturday, 24 June 2023, and is set to be a great way to kick off summer in style.

Leconfest will have have six fantastic local bands playing throughout the day, a DJ, children’s entertainment including bouncy castles, face painting, hair braiding, food and drink, ice creams and slushies. You are welcome to take your own picnics to keep costs down – remember it is a NO GLASS EVENT, for health and safety reasons. 24 hour parking is available on site for a small charge of £5.

The festival has been organised by Leconfield Recreational Hub, who are all local volunteers, and is a ticket only event which will be raising money for the brilliant SSAFA (the Soldiers', Sailors', and Airmen's Families Association charity) and Arafest children’s charity.

Local ultrafast broadband provider KCOM is the primary sponsor for the event and has made a significant donation to allow us to put on a fantastic event for you. Along with generous donations from Leconfield Parish Council, Keepmoat, Defence School of Transport and Leconfield Hub.

KCOM Retail Managing Director Neil Bartholomew said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be part of Leconfest and an event that’s bringing the local community together for a great day out. We’re all about connecting communities with our full fibre broadband and I can’t think of a better way to spend a day than with friends and family listening to some live music - and maybe a pint or two! - in this great East Yorkshire village.”

We have lots of great local businesses setting up their stalls on the day and donating raffle prizes – but there’s always room for more!

Leconfest runs from midday to 11pm on Saturday, 24 June 2023, Leconfield Village Hall, Miles Lane, Leconfield, HU17 7NW. Gates open at 11am. Entry is £10 (adult) and £3 (child over five years).
