Home Instead get on their bikes

This year Home Instead Charities are celebrating 10 years of bringing joy to the lives of ageing adults all across the UK.

Home Instead provides grants to local groups to enable them to hold fun and engaging activities to help reduce the risk of dementia, loneliness and isolation for all ageing adults.

To celebrate and help raise funds the Home Instead Beverley & Hull team will be biking from Hull to Hornsea and back, a distance of 26 miles. That's 26 miles further than most of us have biked in a long time!
