Hair by Rosie has expanded already! Chantel Heath has joined bringing with her a range of skills to enhance Rosie’s offering.
Chantel has returned to the area after travelling all over the world, picking up ideas and learning new techniques.
She loves meeting people and changing their image by changing their hairstyle. So colouring with different colours, using hi-lights and lowlights, adding in hair extensions and creative cutting are what she loves doing.
