Canadian singer Ryan Cook will transform Swanland Village Hall into a good ol’ hoe down, this spring, thanks to a fantastic performance of country style music.

Ryan is touring with Blaize thanks to links with Canadian arts organisation Altantic Presenters Association (APA).

On stage Ryan has toured as a solo performer opening for Country purists like Dwight Yoakam, Rosanne Cash and Travis Tritt.

His acoustic live show combines thumb-picking guitar styles, original folk and country ballads and vintage music from the 1940s and 1950s.

Spokeswoman for the APA Laurie Gillis said: “We’ve worked with Ryan on dozens of shows over the years and I can’t think of a more consummate professional. He is a delight to work with and more importantly, always delivers a world-class show perfectly tailored to the venue and audience.”

Audience – all ages.
