Jessica Hynes’ new film, ‘The Fight’, which also stars Rhona Mitra, Shaun Parkes, Christopher Fairbanks, Anita Dobson, Sally Phillips, Liv Hill, Cathy Tyson, Alice Lowe and Russell Brand is about a woman who uses boxing to sweat out her anxieties and punch up her self-worth.
Jessica Hynes is due to visit Parkway Cinema on March 20th at 7.45pm to answer questions about the film in a live Q&A after the film is screened.
‘The Fight’ is a UK/US co-production which premiered last year and was selected for the BFI London Film Festival.
Described as ‘a warm and witty family drama that proves we all have a lot to learn about ourselves, no matter our age.’
Jessica is well-known for starring in such shows as ‘W1A’, ‘The Royle Family’, ‘Spaced’ and ‘Shaun of the Dead’.
‘The Fight’ is her directorial debut.
