Wild Thing Yoga

With Katie Huntsman.

This class will offer not only a workout but a work in, offering practical techniques to boost our physical and mental wellness. Join Katie to flow in a class suitable for all abilities, bodies and preconceptions and where everybody really is a yoga body. The class combines muscular release, empowering strength building asanas, breath and meditation to bring you bliss through movement, and stillness and allow energy to flow freely. Katie has a strong commitment to understanding and working with the deepest consent of the individual and their body making her classes a safe space in a world where it is all too easy to feel judged, unloved or have our needs overlooked.
Recently returned from India, where she taught at the Pause Forest Retreat, Katie is a Yoga Alliance Professionals member who teaches Hatha, Yoga Therapy and Vinyassa to her classes in Hull, Beverley and at local festivals and youth outreach.
Suitable for all abilities.
