Celebrating their first birthday in Beverley, allmobility is an Aladdin’s Cave for customers of all ages who might need a little help in managing a disability, which could be temporary or more permanent.  From cutlery, which can be bent in either direction for people with the use of one hand, to furniture customised for shape and size, to surgical shoes which can be supplied singly or in pairs, allmobility can suggest ways in which they can make a difference to the quality of someone’s life.

Paul said ‘We never judge but aim to give impartial advice to people who may be or have become disabled through all kinds of life events. As an ex-mechanic, I can modify and service many mobility aids, such as scooters and chair-lifts, too.’

Anne added ‘Yes, the smallest little thing can make such a difference to the quality of someone’s life. Many of the gadgets are in funky colours nowadays, too, so people don’t feel uncomfortable or embarrassed using them. And many of them are surprisingly inexpensive! We love it when someone goes home amazed that we have been able to help them.’

allmobility can be found at 110-112 Old Walkergate, with good disabled access.
