YWT are open so you can enjoy time to get some fresh air.

The visitor centres at Potteric Carr nature reserve and Spurn National Nature Reserve currently remain open. They are of course being extraordinarily vigilant in regards to cleanliness, and will be reviewing the position regularly. YWT ask that all supporters and visitors take sensible precautions, and respect each other, our staff and our volunteers.

In line with recent government announcements about Coronavirus, YWT cancelled all events, group activities and scheduled volunteer task days in March and April.

Make the YWT website your first port of call for any updates. They may soon have to shut the visitor centres, so please check online before visiting.

YWT nature reserves are right across Yorkshire and are here for you today, tomorrow, next week or next month. Spending time outside in wild places can help to ease feelings of stress and worry, and may also reduce the fear of social distancing.

Stay safe, Yorkshire. Together, and with the help of nature, we'll get through this.
