Special Film Screening coming to Beverley

Richard Heap is the director of a new Yorkshire based feature film that has a special one-off preview screening at the Parkway cinema in Beverley on 25th September. 

This is a great opportunity for the Audience to catch it early on the big screen and have for a Q and A with the director. The film is called The Runaways (Cert 12a). 

The film is an adventure story shot in and around Whitby and the North York Moors. It follows the adventure of  three children on the run with a couple of donkeys. It stars Mark Addy (Yorkshire based star of The Full Monty and Game of Thrones), Tara Fitzgerald and recent BAFTA winner Molly Windsor. It really captures the beauty of the area. 

Here is a real chance to support the event as it is not often an indie film gets made by a local crew with deep feelings for the place.
