THE ANYTIME FITNESS TEAM WORK WITH BODIES AND MINDS TO INCREASE FITNESS

A positive mindset plus the right training techniques delivered by a motivational fitness trainer can aid you on your fitness journey. Which is why Anytime Fitness now have three experienced trainers so, no matter what your goal, you can find the perfect person to work with. Their relationship with MIND (the mental health charity) means they work to enhance positive mind-sets as well as improve physical fitness. Here we profile Anytime Fitness’s three trainers:

John Williams (aka ‘Big J.’) is a boxing fan who is especially keen on using this sport to inform his fitness coaching. A Level 2 Fitness Instruction and Level 3 Personal Trainer, John also holds a Level 4 Certificate in GP Referral, providing exercise on prescription.

John loves making his sessions fun and as high energy as his clients wish, with novel ways of improving fitness, including boxing and pad-work and boot camps! He likes to ensure his clients are eating well and that they are mentally in a good
place.

Jasmine Cook (aka ‘Jazz’) is especially atuned to working with ladies, empowering them to feel comfortable in the gym. Her
expertise is in resistance and strength training, encouraging clients to use their own body weight for conditioning and toning. She holds Level 2 Fitness Instruction qualification and is currently working to expand her skillset.

Alex Campbell is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Sports Massage Therapist. He has an BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Coaching and Fitness where he developed his interest in circuit training, weight training and sports-specific transformation.

So, whatever you are training for, whether an endurance or sprint-style sport, Alex will provide the right training and nutrition programme for you. 

Or perhaps you want to be ‘beach-body ready’ for your holidays? Then Alex can help you with weight training, diet and massage for fat-loss and toning. 

Whether working with John, Jazz or Alex, they will keep you motivated, with your own programme for you to follow.

But other members of the club will also motivate you to succeed in your goals - Anytime Fitness is much more than a gym - it’s a community where success breeds success!
