BRINGING CINEMA TO THE GREAT OUTDOORS

Fri 7th September 2018
Film On Farm

Butt Farm in Beverley is bringing premium outdoor cinema experience, Film on a Farm, to the area. It’s the first of its kind in East Yorkshire and its happening on September 14th and 15th.

Butt Farm is a working family farm located just over a mile from the centre of Beverley close to the junction for the A1079. As well as having 180 acres of farmland, it also hosts an award-winning caravan and campsite.

Championed last year in the south, the response was incredible! This year, Film on a Farm is staging 30 events with an expected collective audience of over 10,000 people!

Featured in the national and local press, the organisers invite you to bring a picnic and your own chairs (although there will be hay bales, a bar and food vendor) plus appropriate clothing and footwear for the prevailing weather conditions. But the whole event is based on having fun!

On Friday night you can enjoy the classic ‘Top Gun’ (I feel the need, the need for speed) or everyone’s favourite family-friendly musical ‘Grease’ (grease is the word) on the Saturday night. Find out more and book tickets at:

You could even take your caravan or motorhome and make a weekend of it, subject to availability! The evening will be supporting the local Scouts, too, raising funds for the organisation which provides such great opportunities for
young people to experience the outdoors and reach their potential.

High profile national sponsors Joules, Chase Gin and Fever Tree Tonic are already on-board, but local sponsors are invited. Contact Oliver White at butt.farm@hotmail.co.uk for more details.

To celebrate the first ever Film on a Farm in East Yorkshire, Butts Farm is offering a pair of tickets to the winner of our
competition for whichever evening you prefer! We think this will be a pretty difficult decision! To be in with a chance of winning, all you have to do is to the competition page on the web site.
