Filming of an ITV series will mean limited beach access in Flamborough on Thursday (9 August) – but there’s still plenty to do in the area!

On Thursday, 9 August, access to the beaches at both North and South Landing will be limited due to filming.

However, all beaches in Bridlington will be open as normal on Thursday, along with all the usual facilities in the town, including Bridlington Spa and East Riding Leisure Bridlington, and the Living Seas Centre will be open at South Landing in Flamborough.

There will be special summer events as well.

An East Riding of Yorkshire Council spokesperson said : “We all look forward to seeing the beaches at Flamborough in all their glory on the television in due course in ‘Victoria’, and in the meantime, there are plenty of alternative things to do in Bridlington on Thursday.”
