On Thursday, 9 August, access to the beaches at both North and South Landing will be limited due to filming.
However, all beaches in Bridlington will be open as normal on Thursday, along with all the usual facilities in the town, including Bridlington Spa and East Riding Leisure Bridlington, and the Living Seas Centre will be open at South Landing in Flamborough.
There will be special summer events as well.
The Active Coast programme will feature one of its most popular events on Thursday:

Meanwhile, the Summer of Fun continues at Sewerby Hall and Gardens-Thursday, 9 August will feature a Rusticus Adventure – Shipwreck! A boat load of magical characters have been wrecked off the coast of Sewerby and are making mischief around the grounds. A chance to enjoy energetic adventure walks and activities inspired by Shakespeare’s play, The Tempest. This is in addition to all the usual features at Sewerby Hall and Gardens, including the zoo, the gardens, the café, exhibitions, and the house itself.
