Beverley in Bloom Judges in Beverley

Did you spot the Beverley in Bloom Judges visiting our beautiful floral displays today? They were travelling around in 'Snowdrop', one of Beverley Community Lift's buses - which seems very apt as all of BCL's buses are named after flowers.

After visiting the Racecourse and watching out for cows on the Westwood, they toured Beverley visiting the Molescroft School Gardening Club, the Chandler Centre, Coronation Gardens, Hengate Memorial Gardens, Market Cross, Diamond Jubilee Garden, Outer Trinities, Minster Secret and Quiet Gardens, Queensgate, Spark Mill and Kitchen Lane Allotments, Flemingate and Anderson Court Mature Housing Complex on the way. Then there was a trip on the Mermaid from Beckside and a visit to the Syntan to meet with members of Beverley in Bloom.

Let's hope they were impressed!
