West Building Supplies to launch their fourth depot in Yorkshire

The Yorkshire Coast based builders’ merchant is celebrating 50 years of trading by expanding into the well known market town of Beverley. The expansion means that the new depot will be West Building Supplies 4th site complementing the existing sites in Bridlington and Scarborough.

The family owned business plan to distribute its wide range of building, timber and plumbing & heating products with a free delivery service into Beverley and the surrounding area with an initial fleet of three delivery vehicles.

The expansion has created jobs for drivers, sales and warehouse staff, managers and machinists.

The new Beverley depot adds to the well-established Timber Branch within Bridlington and the very popular Scarborough branch. The company has just relocated its Head Office operation to a new large premises on Bessingby Industrial Estate, Bridlington where they have a stunning new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and decorative lighting design centre. This is conveniently situated next to their unique indoor landscape centre showcasing displays of decorative paving, fencing, decking, summerhouses and much more.

The Beverley depot will be opening on Monday 23rd August and as with all their branches have knowledgeable and friendly staff who can’t wait to welcome all types of trade, modular and offsite businesses, self-build, developers, DIYer, and general public.
