Tour de Yorkshire Park & Ride and Bus Service Changes

This year's Tour de Yorkshire sets off from Saturday Market at 12pm on Friday 29th April. Here's all the travel information you need to ensure you can get to the event on time and without disruption, as well as advice on travelling around East Yorkshire on race day.

Park and Ride Services

Blue Route - Morrisons to Flemingate
You can catch the park and ride bus from Morrisons between 9am and 11am. The first return bus will leave Flemingate (outside Hodgson's pub) at 13:15 and then they are every 15 minutes until 16:30.

Red Route - Bishop Burton to Wylies Road
The Red Route into Beverley is also in operation from 9am until 11am. Return buses leave from Wylies Road at 13:15 at 15 minute intervals until 16:30.

Bus Service Changes

East Riding Council have advised that some bus services will need to be diverted, so please check before making a journey on Friday 29th. If your journey is not on the list below, it should be running as normal.

Acklams Coaches - Service 6 Beverley Parklands (Town Service)
The 1105 from Beverley will NOT operate

EYMS - Service 61/180 Beverley to Hull/Swanland

To Hull/Swanland - 1100 (Service 61) and 1200 (Service 180) from Beverley will be diverted between Beverley Bus Station and Walkington via Manor Road, Wylies Road, North Bar Without, New Walk, Molescroft Road, Malton Road, Dog Kennel Lane, Killingwoldgraves Lane and Coppleflat Lane resuming normal route at Walkington.

To Beverley - 1108 from Hull (Service 61) and 0935 from Swanland (Service 180) will be diverted between Walkington and Beverley Bus Station via Coppleflat Lane, Killingwoldgraves Lane, Dog Kennel Lane, Malton Road, Molescroft Road, New Walk, North Bar Without, Wylies Road and Manor Road to Beverley Bus Station.

EYMS - Service 246 Hull to Beverley to Hornsea

Between Beverley and Hull: The 1120 and 1220 from Beverley will divert between Beverley Bus Station and Woodmansey via Norwood, Hull Bridge Road, Swinemoor Lane and Hull Road.

Between Hull and Beverley: The 1040 and 1140 from Hull will divert between Woodmansey and Beverley Bus Station via Hull Road, Swinemoor Lane, Hull Bridge Road and Norwood to Beverley Bus Station.

Between Beverley and Hornsea: Buses will operate their normal route.

EYMS - Service X46 Hull to Beverley to York

Between York and Beverley: The 0917 and 1017 from York will divert from Bishop Burton via Dog Kennel Lane, Malton Road, Molescroft Road, New Walk, North Bar Without, Wylies Road and Manor Road to Beverley Bus Station.

Between Beverley and Hull: The 1050 and 1150 from Beverley Bus Station will divert via Norwood, Hull Bridge Road, Swinemoor Lane, Hull Road and Beverley Road then resume normal route from Orchard Park Tesco.

Between Hull and Beverley: The 1010 and 1110 from Hull will divert between Orchard Park Tesco and Beverley Bus Station via Beverley Road, Hull Road, Swinemoor Lane, Hull Bridge Road and Norwood to Beverley Bus Station.

Between Beverley and York: The 1047 and 1147 from Beverley Bus Station will divert via Manor Road, Wylies Road, North Bar Without, New Walk, Molescroft Road, Malton Road and Dog Kennel Lane, then resume normal route to York.

EYMS - Service X80 Beverley to Hessle Square

To Hessle: The 1030 and 1230 from Beverley Bus Station will divert via Norwood, Hull Bridge Road, Swinemoor Lane and Hull Road to Minster Way to resume normal route.

To Beverley: The 1132 from Hessle will divert from Victoria Road via Minster Way, Hull Road, Swinemoor Lane and Norwood to Beverley Bus Station.

EYMS - Service 520/521 Swinemoor Estate (Town Service)

The 1025, 1055, 1125, 1155 and 1255 will be diverted from Beverley Bus Station via Morton Lane, Mill Lane and Cherry Tree Lane, Mill Lane and Morton Lane to Beverley Bus Station.

Acklams Coaches - Service 522 Normandy Avenue (Town Service)
1045 and 1145 from Beverley will NOT operate.
