Circus Of Horrors

The Never-Ending Nightmare show at Hull City Hall in all its live, fast-paced and explicit glory

The Circus of Horrors celebrates its 21st anniversary as it takes to the road with its latest incarnation, The Never-Ending Nightmare.

The spectacular features an amazing amalgamation of bizarre, brave and beautiful acts all woven into an ‘Alice in Horrorland’ type story driven by a mainly original soundscape and performed with a forked tongue firmly in each cheek!

Annually the Circus of Horrors plays more than 100 UK venues and this tour has been expanded to take in festivals throughout the world.

The show has travelled to The Fuji Rock Festival in Japan (twice), the Wacken Festival in Germany as well as Chile, Uruguay, Holland, Belgium, Argentina, France, Italy, Ireland, Finland, Hong Kong and Moscow - where it became the first UK Circus ever to perform in Russia.

It also played an astounding 10 nights at London's O2 and arrives at Hull City Hall on Wednesday, February 15 – the day after Valentine’s Day – making it a great choice for a date night with a difference.

The Circus of Horrors started its gruesome beginnings at the 1995 Glastonbury Festival and became an instant hit, touring all over the world from Chile to Chatham, Argentina to Aberdeen, Japan to Jersey.

It was the first circus to perform in London's West End for more than 100 years and has enjoyed festival appearances with Alice Cooper, Eminem, Motley Crue, Oasis, Iron Maiden, The Manic Street Preachers, Foo Fighters and many more.

On TV, The Circus of Horrors created history as the only circus ever to reach the finals of Britain’s Got Talent and has since appeared on various programmes, turning what started as a cult show into a household name and taking the extreme to the mainstream.

Credits include The X Factor, The Slammer, Daybreak, Fairground Attractions, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Body Shockers, Fake Reaction, This Morning, Ant & Dec, The One Show  & A Royal Command Performance.

Tickets for The Circus of Horrors: The Never-Ending Nightmare at Hull City Hall on Wednesday, February 15 at 7.30pm are £18 to £26 with concessions available.
