Pre-school Swimming Lessons

East Riding Leisure Beverley can offer an immediate start for pre-school swimming lessons, for children aged three to five years, with a maximum of six children in a class and the teacher in the water to support the children.

Pre-school 1 classes are:

• Tuesday 4pm
• Thursday 5pm
• Thursday 5.30pm
• Friday 5pm

During these sessions, the children work through the East Riding Aqua Start Award Scheme. Pre-school lessons offer a progressive aquatic awareness programme designed for young children, combining a flexible mix of lessons, activities and incentives. The lessons focus on creating fun, positive experiences for young children that will not only help them to develop physically, but also emotionally, intellectually and socially too, whilst equipping them with key safety skills in the water.

Courses of lessons run in ten-week blocks and cost £44. Every child booking onto swimming lessons receives a free ten-week swimming pass to use at any East Riding of Yorkshire Council leisure site (terms and conditions apply).
